- Accessing the website means that you agree to the terms and conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to www.evolutionclothing.co.nz or www.evolutionclothing.com or www.evolutionbridesmaids.com
- The products and services on www.evolutionbridesmaids.com are subject to availability
- Evolution Clothing Limited reserves the right to cancel products, samples or colours in the bridesmaids collection at anytime
- All orders must be paid in full before we process them
- All our Collection is "Made to Order" and will take approximately 8-14 weeks
- The $15 size sample fee to try sample dresses is not refundable and includes courier to one New Zealand address (international orders will have additional freight charges)
- Size samples must be returned within 7 days from the date you received them, if they are not returned in this timeframe you will be charged the full price of the item/s
- If the a size samples you are returning get stolen, lost, or damaged beyond repair irrelevant whether it was outside your control or not you will be
charged the full price of the item/s
- All size samples must be returned to Evolution Clothing Ltd with track and track courier with signature required. If the items are lost
you will be charged the full price of the item/s
- If the order has multiple dresses for the same bridal party then please try and order all dresses at the same time to ensure that all dresses are made from the same colour batch. If seperate orders are received for the same bridal party on seperate order numbers we can not guarantee that they will be made from the same colour batch
- We do not offer refunds and exchanges on our "Made To Order" Collection as all orders are cut and made when paid in full specifically for each customer
- Choose your sizes carefully as once your order has been made we can not exchange sizes
- Our service is "Made To Order" from standard sizes 6 - 22 and we are unable to alter any patterns
- Fabric Samples - There can be up to a 10% variance in colour from the colour you have seen in store/sample received to production delivered as all our fabric is hand dyed and hand made therefore a 100% match can never be guaranteed
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept stock orders, made to order & bridesmaid orders, either in whole or part. If you have paid for your order in full and due to production restraints we cannot produce/deliver your order you will be refunded
- Every effort has been made to ensure the product colours shown on the website are as close as possible to actual colours, however, different computer screens and devices may show slight variations and we cannot accept refunds or exchanges if you feel the colour you receive is different to the colour you saw on your computer screen
- We do not recommend you order based on photos you have seen posted on social media as all photos from real weddings are edited by the photographer before they are sent to us and are not always a true representation of the colour/colours we offer. We do not accept accept refunds or exchanges if you feel the colour you receive is different to the colour you saw on a picture posted on social media
- Prices are subject to variation without notice. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered and paid in full
- Delays in completing the checkout process and providing payment may mean that available stock was allocated to another purchaser who completed their checkout more quickly
- We cannot guarantee delivery times
- Evolution Clothing Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss or indirect loss related to business, potential business profit or goodwill that may result from use of www.evolutionbridesmaids.com
- Additional fabric can be purchased only if you are already ordering dresses with us. The cost for additional fabric is $30 per meter (Matte) and $40 per meter (Satin) and the width is 110cm. Fabric must be ordered at the same time you place your dress order to ensure the fabric is from the same colour batch
- All items are new
- The lighter the colour of dress the more transparent they can be so nude underwear may be required or you may need to purchase a nude slip. If you feel uncomfortable with slight transparency, we suggest that you purchase a slip to wear underneath some of the lighter colours in our collection or add the lining option to your order
- Sales and promotions are offered at time of order & payment only
- All sales are at our current prices
- 15% GST applies to all sales and is included in the sales price.

Returns Policy
- We do not offer refunds and exchanges on our "Made To Order" Collection as all orders are cut and made when paid in full specifically for each customer. Choose your sizes carefully as once your order has been made we can not exchange sizes
- If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy
- Every effort has been made to ensure the product colours shown on the website are as close as possible to actual colours, however, different computer screens and devices may show slight variations and we cannot accept refunds or exchanges if you feel the colour you receive is different to the colour you saw on your computer screen
- The original receipt must be provided for ANY returned garments as proof of purchase

Shipping Information
All our "Made to Order" Collection is shipped via DHL which will cost $30 NZD flat fee worldwide, per delivery address per order
An additional $30 NZD fee will apply to any remote/rural delivery addresses. If you need to pay the additional remote/rural fee you will be contacted by one of our consultants and payment will need to be made before we despatch your order
Our fabric swatches take 6-12 days to deliver and will be delivered either via courier
Duties & Taxes
You are liable for any international import duties, customs & local sales taxes levied by the country that is in your delivery address
These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your order from customs on arrival into your country and Evolution Clothing Limited takes no responsibility for these charges
